Refund policy
If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products received then get in touch
within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
Quality issues: If you return our products for quality reasons and we agree, or you can substantiate, that there is a defect and that it is not due to the carrier, force majeure or other circumstances outside our control, then we will, at our option, aim to provide you with a reprint of the order to the extent required to remedy the defect or offer you with a refund for the defective products.
Size issues / No longer require the product: We really struggle to support returns of this type, because the products you order are personalised due to the wide number of products available in our collection, and made specifically for each order. Personalised products are specifically excluded from the UK consumer law in this area, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 because of their individual nature. But get in touch with us and we will see what we can do to help.
